The permanent representative receives the new Australian permanent representativeto the United Nations

His Excellency the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Iraq to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Mohamed Hussein Bahr El-Uloum met with Mr. Mitchfieldfield, the permanent representative of Australia to the United Nations at the headquarters of the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Iraq on Tuesday 21/1/2020, Welcoming him as the new delegate of his country to the United Nations.

During the courtesy meeting, they touched on the latest political developments in the United Nations and the Security Council, in addition to the political and economic conditions in Iraq, and emphasized the support of the international community to Iraq. For his part, the Australian permanent representative stressed the distinguished relations between Iraq and Australia and the continued support provided by his country to Iraq

His Excellency the Australian delegate praised the strong relations between the two countries and his happiness of this meeting and the discussion of the relations between the two countries and means of developing them within the framework of the international organization and joint efforts to support a safe Iraq and aspiration to work together in this framework.
