Permanent Representative of the Republic of Iraq to the United Nations Ambassador Mohammed Hussein Bahr Al-Uloom met with H.E. Ms. Virginia Gamba, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict in New York on 24th January 2018.

The two parties discussed the collaboration between the Government of Iraq and the Office of the Special Representative to address the new challenges facing the people in the liberated areas, and the urgent need to support and assist children affected by the criminal acts of ISIS.
